Collinswell Land Ltd are currently negotiating the acquisition of a number of other sites for both residential and commercial development, including Stirling, Falkirk, Perth and Kinross, East Lothian and Fife.

Collinswell Land Expansion

Since the creation of the company in 2002, Collinswell Land Ltd has been based at Collinswell House in Burntisland. To reflect the growth in our development business new offices have been commissioned at Collinswell due for completion in April 2007. In addition, Collinswell opened their Perth office in December 2006 in order to further strengthen the company and pursue additional development opportunities.
