The shortage of nursing care facilities for all sections of society for the elderly and infirm is apparent throughout Scotland, Burntisland and the area being no exception.
CLL is currently in the planning and design stages of an ultra modern and luxurious nursing and care home.
The site has exceptional views up the river to the Forth bridges, over the local Familiar rocks which are abundant with wildlife and seals and beyond to Edinburgh and its Castle.
The home will provide approximately 80 residential suites, each with a small sitting room and views to the sea.
The design is in a crescent shape to maximise the uniqueness of the area.
Employment provided by the home will be in excess of 100 jobs and it is hoped that a small training facility in the area will allow us to train people from the area for specific work placements.
