back o' hill industrial estate - stirling

The development of industrial units at Back O’Hill, Stirling was completed in June 2003 with a variety of sizes pre-let prior to construction. Phase 1 comprised 18,000 sq.ft. within 3 units and recently the tenant of Unit 3, Caledonia’s Larder, has converted their tenancy to outright ownership. (Insert Web Link).

Unit 1 is occupied exclusively by Stirling Council Children’s Services and Unit 3, which has been sub divided into 5 smaller units, is occupied by MAC Electrical, H & H Joiners, Tilhill Landscaping, Peter Cox Services and Morrison Travel.

Phase 2 comprises a unit of 12,000 sq.ft. and will occupy a vacant site adjacent to Phase 1. The unit will be sub divided with sizes ranging from 500 sq.ft. to 6,000 sq.ft. It is currently being marketed by Graham & Sibbald of Stirling and it is hoped to have 50% of the unit pre-let prior to construction.
